As a new mum, the idea of going into a gym to try to get my pre-baby body back was so intimidating I almost feared doing it.
But I worked my way back to sexy and fit. Each time I walked into the gym, my confidence grew. I felt better doing the routines, understanding the mechanics of the equipment, and, of course, seeing the results. It didn’t take me long to realise many women want the same thing, to get fit again after pregnancy, yet many lack the confidence to get in there and know exactly what to do to make it happen. So, I created my programs to help those women, busy new mums, get into the gym, feel and look confident in and out of the gym, and get the results they want to feel and look great again.
