Clients who purchase coaching services will receive a separate Coaching Agreement outlining applicable programme details, payments, cancellations and other contractual obligations.
These website Terms & Conditions do not replace our separate Coaching Agreement.
5. SMS Messaging Programme
Programme Name: Masha’s Peaches Fit SMS Messaging Programme
Gilbert Coaching FZCO, trading as Masha’s Peaches Fit, operates an SMS messaging programme for individuals who have expressly consented to receive text communications.
5.1 Description of SMS Messages
Depending on the consent provided, individuals may receive SMS messages relating to:
* Online fitness coaching enquiries.
* Responses to requests for coaching information.
* Consultation bookings and confirmations.

Where the Coaching Agreement and website Terms conflict concerning coaching services, the Coaching Agreement will take precedence, subject to applicable law.
